At first glance, developing a website for a company operating in the professional services sector may seem like a straightforward task. The range of services extends from office cleaning and tool hire to highly specialised fields such as audit, legal, notarial and accounting services.

We chose to place web design, website development and website maintenance projects for lawyers and law firms in a dedicated category. Law is one of those fields that is inherently global. Regardless of the country, the origin of the company or the way in which it conducts its business, the law must be observed.  

Law firm websites are sought both by local clients and by large international corporations. A strong solicitor or a team of professional lawyers specialising in a particular area of law is among the first resources a business should secure. A well-executed web design for a law firm website inspires trust – through its overall presence and the consistency of both presentation and information.

There are two main ways in which businesses look for service providers. The first is through recommendation; the second is online, via the law firm’s website. Even where a recommendation exists, people still check whether the law firm has a website. That website presents the firm’s areas of expertise, portfolio of clients and range of services.
